  • What is a tech concierge?

    Your tech concierge manages all the tech in your home, from the shopping stage to setup, troubleshooting, and training. While other services offer bits and pieces of this personalized experience, we offer all of these services under one branded experience.

    When do I need a tech concierge versus another service like Best Buy Geek Squad or similar?

    Your tech concierge offers a level of interaction and thoroughness throughout your home. We specialized in personalized attention, trust, and attention to detail. Many times, newer clients will find they’re just needing one a la carte task every few months. At that time, we will recommend a service like Geek Squad or similar, as type of client would not require the white glove, high attention to detail our service offers.

    Why do you require a 2 hour minimum charge for in-person appointments?

    It’s all part of our goal of thoroughness and not missing details. Back when we offered 1 hour apppointments, clients would often end up booking a followup and/or we would make it through their “punch list” of questions or tasks, but time would not allow for proper “management” of all of your in-home tech (running software updates, training on your in-home devices, helping with password management, helping weed out marketing emails, properly servicing the tech in your home, answering questions you may not think of in a shorter session). We believe in personalized attention and attention to detail and the 2 hour minimum lets us create this experience for you.

    Who do we typically assist?

    From busy executives and CEOs of large companies to busy parents of busy families to senior citizens, our tech concierge approach benefits a wide range of clients. However, we ask that you be prepared for the thoroughness a concierge can offer. If you’re only looking for a la carte services or one-time services, we do refer clients out to other services. 

    Do you only serve the Oklahoma City metro area?

    We started in Oklahoma City (home of the Thunder!) and take great pride in our Oklahoma heritage, but clients often invite us to their homes in other parts of the country. By using the same service for all of your residences, it makes your tech at all of your homes so much more user-friendly and consistent! Trust, user-friendliness, attention to detail, and versatility are hallmarks of our service. 

    Why should I not just have my local handyman mount my TV? Why you?

    Again, a la carte services are not our cup of tea. TV mounting is just one of the many services we offer to our clients, but we look at your home as a whole and not in pieces. We have high visual standards and offer high levels of precision (we don’t want those cords showing!). If you ONLY needed TV mounting, we would likely refer you out to a very competent service.
